To hold your space, please send a $500 deposit and full payment is needed by December 1, 2019
(Payment plans available as long as the last payment is made on or before December 1, 2019)

Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable $500 CAD deposit is required to hold your place as soon as possible.

If you cancel 60 days prior to the retreat start date, we will refund 50% of the full retreat cost, unless you find a replacement, in which case only your deposit will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued if you cancel later than 60 days prior to tour start date. Please note your deposit is non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum, but your funds are fully refundable if this occurs. Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended when making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options
