• Your desire has changed and now feels unfamiliar, muted, or unpredictable

• You feel pressure to perform or be who you used to be

• You long to reconnect with aliveness on your own terms

• Boundaries as allies of pleasure

• Your angry all the time and you don’t know what to do with your rage

• Learning to walk the line between feeling incredible empathy and falling into emotional burnout
