Loving your body, or at least feeling neutral about it, is an ongoing practice. We didn’t come into this world worried about our fat rolls or how our body looked to others, it is something that we learned and it is something that we can unlearn.
I want you to go to the beach in that sexy bikini, and have sex with the lights on, or just enjoy what it feels like not to think about what your body looks like.
This workshop provides a safe space where we can investigate our beliefs about our bodies, while working on exercises that help us to shift our perspective.
In this 3.5 hour immersive we will:
❤️ Create a movement based program to stay connected with our body
❤️ We will work to make friends with our inner critic
❤️ We will look at the belief systems we have surrounding our bodies and start to release blocks that have arisen from those beliefs
❤️ AND we will engage in powerful exercises to reclaim and CELEBRATE our individual beauty and sense of agency around our bodies
