The Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico is a place filled with Magic. I have been called there a number of times to do my own personal healing and now I would like to extend this healing invitation to you.
Breathe
Imagine yourself tucked away in the jungle, far from the sights and sounds of city life. Surrounded by nature. The road leading to our sanctuary is sand, the ocean is just through the jungle and we are close to a beach reserve where turtles come yearly to lay their eggs. The grounds of our sanctuary include a beautiful natural pool, an ancient cave for sound healing and a private cenote.
You wake up in the morning to the sound of the birds and jungle animals, spend some quiet time in one of the nooks doing some journaling and then meet the group for delicious Mexican coffee and a traditional breakfast. We start our days with ritual, meditation and movement and then move into free time for rest or exploration, a planned group expedition or a healing session. We end our evenings under the stars with fire, dance, storytelling and the joy of being part of a precious community of wild women.

This is your time to ground deeply in your body and to let your pleasure and sensuality blossom.
Our focus through this retreat is to gently release blocks to bliss, enjoy healing practices daily, learn how to expand our pleasure- through learning about the physiology of our bodies, how to regulate our nervous system and specifically what types of pleasure are available to us (how about 16+ different orgasms!!) while using pleasure, fun and ritual as our medicine.
All of this is done in a trauma informed space. As an ACS certified Sexologist and Authentic Tantra® practitioner I work by a code of ethics and am very client centered. I love mixing the ancient practice of 5 Element Tantra with Somatic Embodiment and cutting edge nervous system regulation tools.
I believe that you know what healing you need and your body will give you a strong yes or no to follow. My job is to share with you practices for healing and pleasure, create a safe space for you to explore in and to support you through the process . Your boundaries are encouraged and will be 100% respected.
Magic and Ritual
I love diving into the 5 Element Tantric Practices in the jungle. These practices have been passed down through the Kagyu lineage of Tibetan Tantra for hundreds (and maybe even thousands) of years. There is an incredible aliveness when you practice in nature, especially in places like the jungle where the spirits are so present and the natural area feels eclectic with activity.
It is a true honor to be able to be on that land and have traditional Mexican healing available to us. We will have sound healing in a cave on the property, a Temazcal ceremony led by a local healer is available and have the blessing of having access to a private cenote.
Magic is everywhere. We just need to step into it.
Each day of this retreat begins and ends in ritual, making every moment- sleeping or waking part of our sacred exploration.

Our retreat will be held in the beautiful jungle sanctuary of La Posada del Agua y Fuego in Chemuyil.
It is exactly what I had envisioned when I started planning this retreat and I am overjoyed I found such a special place for us to experience this deep healing. This land has a healing energy all of its own.
There is a cenote and cave on the property and we are walking distance to a bigger cenote and an easy bike ride to the X’cacal beach and nature preserve.
The rooms are simple but beautiful and the property is pure magic!

It’s hard for you to be flexible. Flexibility is a necessity when you are visiting a hot tropical paradise. Things may change and you need to be able to go with the flow.

You have a hard time self-regulating. We will be learning techniques to go deeper into regulation but you need to have a grounding in being able to regulate your emotions to get the full benefit from this.

Rosie Bitts
Rosie Bitts is a multi-award winning performer, producer, author, educator and Tantrika. She is one of the pioneers who brought the art form of burlesque to Vancouver Island and has since taught hundreds of women this beautiful and fun creative art form as well as performing for thousands of people across N. America. She is a certified practitioner of Authentic Tantra® (one of the only government certified programs in the world), an ACS certified sexologist, a pleasure activist and has loved mixing Tantra into both her personal and professional life.
Aside from performing and creating, Rosie’s passion is teaching people how to connect with their inner sexy, love their bodies, and lead their most sensual and fulfilled lives. She offers classes, workshops and retreats in both Burlesque and Tantra online and all over the world.
